Happy 5 Months, B.B.!

Has it really been 5 months since little Bohdy was born?? It some ways it feels like we just brought him home from the hospital. In other ways it feels like the little man and I have been holed up in the house forever waiting for the warm weather to arrive and flu/RSV season to be over. The sun gave us a nice break last week and we got the jog stroller out three days in a row. It was heaven!

I'm guessing Bohdy weighs about 9 1/2 pounds now, which means he has quadrupled his birth weight. How many babies do that in 5 months!?!? He is wearing 0-3 month size clothes now, which is a giant step up from the preemie and newborn clothes that fit him just weeks ago. He has elbow dimples and thigh rolls galore ... I just love it!

This weekend my mom has offered to be a brave soul and watch both kids so that Steve and I can head to Keystone for an all-expenses-paid trip compliments of his work. I'm excited for us but nervous for my mom. Bohdy has decided he really would rather do without a bottle, so feedings will be interesting. I suppose he will take the bottle if he gets hungry enough?!?! Or will we come home to an 8-pounder? Stay tuned...
