Our "sonshine" was born 6 months ago today, on Friday the 9th, just like today. Those who don't know him might think he's a bit of a shrimp, but those who saw him in his first days or weeks know what a miracle it is that he is now 10 pounds 5 ounces! Dr. Klingner, my doctor who was there at Bohdy's birth, saw him on Tuesday for the first time since he was a couple weeks old. She looked at him and said "Miracles do happen in this world." I couldn't agree more. Every little milestone is a reminder that we are so blessed...things could have turned out so differently!! I can't imagine life without a boy and a girl. And as much as Saylor was counting on a sister, she loves her little brother more than words can say. All Bohdy got for his 6-month accomplishment was a runny nose, a heel prick and a shot in each thigh. Poor guy. I hope his 1st birthday treats him better!

What a precious 6-month old little boy! Nana and Papa could not possibly have sweeter or more wonderful grandchildren. We are truly blessed. Our little boy is so lovable and we are so thankful to God for his health and happiness! He has brought such a sweetness to our lives and when added to the joy our girls have provided, our cup is overflowing. I love his precious smile...it warms my heart and I know the world is a better place now that our little Bohdy is in it!!!
