Perspective

After a couple days of no weight gain, Bohdy gained 4o grams since yesterday, bringing him to a whopping 1455 grams or just over 3 pounds 3 ounces today. Horray!!!! He looks so good. His cheeks are getting plump and he is pink as a pig. To me he is a big boy, but I know he's still pretty small in comparison to 'regular babies.' The babies here in the NICU that are 5 pounds look enormous to me. And when I think that it would take 4 Bohdys to equal 1 Emma (our 13-pound Jack Russell Terrier), that sort of puts things into perspective!
